DOGHERINE Cat Costa is Thai-American, who was born and raised in Virginia. In 2009 she relocated to Bangkok for University where she has remained based there since. Her journey exploring culture and life between Eastern/Western culture and the human condition is a theme she often expresses throughout her body of work.
